Live Updates: Washington Capitals vs Anaheim Ducks at Capital One Arena

The Washington Capitals’ offense has been missing lately, but the schedulers may have found their tonic. The lowly Anaheim Ducks are in town and have the fifth-worst record in the Western Conference and surrender the twelfth-most goals (135) in the NHL.

Spencer Carbery gave the lines a total makeover, especially centering Pierre-Luc Dubois with Alex Ovechkin. Logan Thompson jumps into goal again with Charlie Lindgren out due to injury. He will face John Gibson in the net.

The Capitals-Ducks game will air on the Monumental Sports Network. Joe Beninati and Craig Laughlin have the call. Puck drop is at 19.00. It’s Capitals’ Canines Night.
