Sydney Sweeney Court at Knicks vs. The Nets game is driving NBA fans wild

The fierce basketball rivalry in New York between the Knicks and Nets grabbed attention when Hollywood star Sydney Sweeney was spotted on the court at the Barclays Center on Tuesday night.

Wearing a black leather jacket, jeans and black heels, Sweeney smiled and waved to the crowd in Brooklyn. She even blew a kiss, which seemed to excite the crowd.

The 27-year-old actress was spotted at the game shortly after braving the freezing cold in Midtown Manhattan earlier in the day.

NBA fans on social media went wild at the sight of the “Euphoria” star.

“Ohhh boy…, career high will be set,” wrote former NFL player Chris Manno on X.

“Cam Thomas would have had 50 tonight. Remember what he did with Eileen Gu in attendance and with Tate McRae and Olivia Rodrigo courtside at the Lakers game in LA? wrote a fan.

“OG might score 70 points tonight,” chimed in another.

One fan was confident in their ability to impress the “Anyone But You” star.

“On my life I will drop a minimum of 50 bombs if Thibs puts me in the game,” they wrote.

One fan who seemed to want a better shot at a high lottery draft pick was annoyed that the Nets hung around with the Knicks.

“These guys saw Sydney Sweeney’s trackside and decided to blow up the tank smfh,” they added.

The Knicks managed to secure a 99-95 victory over the struggling Nets.

As for Sweeney, even though she hails from Spokane, Washington, it appears she had no strong allegiance to either team, yet she still managed to fire up NBA social media for the night.
