A Mega Millions ticket sold Friday was worth $112 million, making it the second-largest jackpot in Arizona history and the largest prize ever won with a ticket purchased online, according to the Arizona Lottery.

The ticket was sold at Winners Corner in Tempe, near Kyrene and Broadway avenues, and delivered through lottery delivery service Jackpocket.com, according to a news release release.

The winning numbers were 8, 10, 37, 54 and 69, and the gold mega ball was 22.

The ticket marked the first Mega Millions win for 2025 and was the second largest jackpot after a June 2020 profit of 414 million dollars.

“We are thrilled that an Arizona Lottery player won the first Mega Millions jackpot of the year,” Alec Thomson, CEO of the Arizona Lottery, said in a written statement.

The win also marked the largest lottery prize ever claimed from a ticket purchased through an online lottery delivery service such as Jackpocket, which commented on the milestone as “a groundbreaking moment for lottery apps.”

“This is a transformative moment in lottery history, marking the largest jackpot ever won from a ticket ordered using a lottery courier service,” wrote Peter Sullivan, senior vice president of DraftKings, parent company of Jackpocket.

Companies like Jackpocket allow users in select states to buy lottery tickets digitally and without the need to visit brick-and-mortar stores.

The winner of the ticket had not been identified Saturday night, but the Arizona Lottery said the winning ticket could be claimed in a lottery office.

Arizona Lottery revenue benefits “the Lottery’s work to fund vital programs and services throughout the state,” according to Thomson.
