‘Hollywood Squares’ revival gets daytime on CBS

CBS continues its promotional push for Hollywood squares. After giving the reboot a special airing behind the AFC Divisional Playoff game between the Baltimore Ravens and Buffalo Bills, the network is now putting the game in its natural habitat — daytime — for a limited run.

Encore episodes air Monday, January 27 – Friday, January 31. January at 2 p.m. ET, at 13 CT/Pt. At most stations, Hollywood squares temporarily replaces replays of another CBS game, The price is right whose originals run earlier in the day.

The majority of Hollywood squares Incarnations for the past six decades have aired in daytime syndication. The CBS revival also stars a current Syndication Star, Drew Barrymore, who has a talk show on the CBS stations.

Barrymore takes center stage on the revival, co-hosted by Nate Burleson CBS mornings and NFL analyst.

CBS has also tinkered Hollywood squares‘Primetime Run, the show moves from 22 to 20 Wednesdays, when it moves to the night next week.

Originally scheduled to premiere on January 9, Hollywood squaresThe debut was pushed back a week due to the devastation from La Wildfires.
