Alternative side parking suspended for the fourth time this week: when and why

New York (PIX11) – Drivers catch a break this week where alternative parking of pages will be suspended for the fourth day in a row.

ASP will be suspended Thursday for continued weather operations, according to the Department of Transportation. Parking gauges remain in effect.

Parking rules have been suspended since Monday, originally due to the holidays. Snow and icy conditions laid by Sunday’s storm continue to influence parking rules.
