Marilyn Manson will not be prosecuted in LA for sex abuse: DA

Goth rocker Marilyn Manson will not face multiple charges of sexual assault and domestic violence, prosecutors announced Friday.

The decision not to charge “The Fight Song” singer—real name Brian Warner—followed “an extensive four-year investigation” by “experienced prosecutors” and detectives, said New Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan J. Hochman.

“We have determined that allegations of domestic violence fall outside the statute of limitations, and we cannot prove allegations of sexual assault beyond a reasonable doubt,” he said.
