Bucks predicted to land $ 215 All-Star by sending Khris Middleton

The Milwaukee Bucks have emerged as a true contender in the Eastern Conference despite a poor start to the season. Milwaukee has fought back to be a top-four team in the East, and they are now primed to make a potential splash before the NBA trade deadline.

Multiple reports have indicated the Bucks are hinting at big games as they look to bring more firepower to the table. Milwaukee already has Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard on the roster, but adding another star could massively help this team.

In this new trade proposal, the Bucks land an All-Star and grab Zach Lavine from the rival Chicago Bulls. The deal would be a three-team trade between the Bucks, Bulls and Detroit Pistons.

Bucks receive: Zach Lavine

Bulls receive: Khris Middleton, Bobby Portis Jr., a 2025 second-round draft pick, a 2026 second-round draft pick and a 2031 second-round draft pick.

Stamps receive: Pat Connaughton

Why bucks do this

Milwaukee has played better of late, but to win a title, they may need more firepower. Lavine would give them another spark and could help lift them up this season.

Middleton is aging and has seen a decline in his overall production, leading to this move. Lavine could provide a massive upgrade offensively, and he would give this Bucks team one of the more lethal trios around the NBA.

Why bulls do this

The Bulls have been looking to trade Lavine for a few years now, and they’re getting a decent move here. Just a few months ago, his trade value was in the dirt, but some recent strong plays have seen it rise.

Chicago takes advantage of that, landing multiple second-round picks in the process. They also get Middleton and Portis Jr., both of whom could flip down the line in other offers.

Why do pistons do this

Detroit pays two second-round picks to Connaughton as they absorb him into their cap space. Connaughton can be a reliable 3-point shooter, and Detroit is adding more weapons to help bolster their playoff chances this season.

This is a small price to pay for the Stamps and they are used here to help the Bucks facilitate this trade. But in the end, Detroit also lands a decent player in Connaughton.
