Nfl Legend loves the Eagles’ Jalen Carter: ‘My replacement is here’

Philadelphia Eagles certainly has a bright future.

Philadelphia is a win from coming back to the Super Bowl, and this team should be able to fight in the coming years. Eagles are filled on both sides of the ball, and although they may lose some pieces in free play, Philadelphia has a good part of her core locked in the foreseeable future.

Eagles’ championship window is wide open. One of the reasons Eagles has been able to turn things around this season is that the defense has taken a massive step forward. Philadelphia’s defense is the best in the league, and right in the center of it is second -year defensive tackling Jalen Carter.

He is a budding superstar and it sounds like former Los Angeles Rams star Aaron Donald also seems to think so. Former Eagles-Star Runner Lesean McCoy said at “The Facility” that he was talking to Anders recently and he had that nothing but praise For Carter.

“I had a chance to talk to Aaron Donald yesterday, one of my good friends, one of my best friends,” McCoy said. “You know what he said. He said ‘Shady I haven’t seen such football for a long time, he said the guy Jalen Carter, Bro, my replacement is here’.”

It is quite high praise from a future Hall of Famer like Anders. He was the most dominant defender in the NFL for years and completed his career with three defensive player of the year awards and eight first-team all-pro-nick.

If Carter can end up being anywhere Donald, Eagles will be a good place.
