Brittany Mahomes shares an adorable video of Baby Golden — with a nod to dad Patrick

Brittany Mahomes basks in the cuteness of her newborn daughter.

The mother-of-three, 29, shared an adorable clip on her Instagram Story showing newborn Golden’s tiny feet. The onesie she wore had footballs printed on her legs and both feet — a sweet nod to her father, Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, 29.

“The cutest little feet ” wrote the former footballer in the text above the video.

On Sunday, January 12, Kansas City Chiefs current co-owner and Kansas City Chiefs quarterback welcomed their third baby and announced the exciting news of Instagram with a black and white photo.

In the photo, Brittany and Patrick can be seen holding their little daughter’s feet over a wooden sign bearing her name. “•Golden Raye Mahomes• 1/12/25,” they captioned their joint post.

The newest addition to the family joins their daughter Sterling Skye, 3, and son, Patrick “Bronze,” 2. In October 2022, Patrick opened up about being a father during an episode of Soccer in America. The athlete said he plans to “stay out of the way” when it comes to his children’s potential athletic interests.

“I want to teach my son, my daughter all the basics and what they want to learn. But at the same time, I want to make it about them,” he explained. “That’s what my dad did when I was growing up, that’s what my parents did. They didn’t push me to do anything. I think that’s why I’m in the position I’m in today .”

Although he doesn’t plan to push them into a career in sports, his family is always there to cheer him on and see him live his dream. Patrick’s biggest fans were there to cheer him on during the 2024 Super Bowl in Las Vegas. Brittany, Sterling and Bronze stood by the quarterback’s side as he accepted the Lombardi Trophy after the big game.

“(Sterling) loves watching her dad play football. She can spot him a mile away and is paying attention and following what’s going on with him,” the happy mom told PEOPLE in January 2024.
