Caleb Foote Upgraded to Series Regular on ‘NCIS: Origins’

EXCLUSIVE: (Made to love, American Crime Story: The Murder of Gianni Versace) has been raised from a recurring guest star to a regular series on the CBS series NCIS: Origin.

Foote plays Nis Special Agent Bernard ‘Randy’ Randolf as part of the Nis Kern Unit. Randy is the agency’s overly lovable, smart gold boy, The task of showing the newly minted agent Gibbs (Austin Stowell) the ropes.

NCIS: Origin Following a young Leroy Jethro Gibbs in 1991, years prior to the events in NCIS. In the series, Gibbs starts his career as a newly minted specialist at the infant NCI Camp Pendleton office, where he creates his place on a dirty, ragtag team led by NCIS legend Mike Franks (Kyle Schmid).

Mariel Molino, Tyla Abercrumbie and Deyy Rodriguez also play with Mark Harmon, who acts as a narrator.

The winter premiere on NCIS: Origin will send the episode “Flight of Icarus” on Monday 27 January. In the episode, the team is investigating the death of a famous Marine Command Son, while a crucial part of Franks’ past involving his family is revealed. NCIS: Origin is paired with the flagship series on the schedule, which will be sent Mondays at. 22.00, afterwards NCIS.
