Immediately after AFC Championship game on CBS today (January 26) we will be able to see the debut episode of the new TV series drama series Watson.

The new procedural is a Sherlock Holmes spinoff series with an excellent cast! One of the cast members left another CBS hit – FBI – last year, while another starred in the canceled fan-favorite comedy So help me Todd.

The show takes place just a few months after the death of the titular character’s friend and partner Sherlock Holmes at the hands of Moriarty. The show focuses on Dr. John Watson, who resumes his medical career as head of a clinic dedicated to the treatment of rare disorders. However, Watson’s old life is not done with him – Moriarty and Watson must write their own chapter of a story that has fascinated audiences for more than a century. Watson is a medical show with a strong investigative backbone, featuring a modern version of one of history’s greatest detectives as he turns his attention from solving crimes to solving medical mysteries.
