Dea Raids Party, arresting nearly 50 undocumented immigrants and TDA -Band members

Federal agents interrupted a party at a “Provisional Night Club” in North Denver early Sunday morning and arrested nearly 50 people with indefinite immigration status, a large number of which are associated with the Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang.

A spokesman at the US drug event management Rocky Mountain Division told CBS Colorado that immigration status for all arrested was “questionable” and was investigated.

DEA agents with others from Denver offices in Homeland Security Investigations, US Customs and Immigration Enforcement and the US Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and explosives conducted an early morning attack. They entered a 6600 block of North Federal Boulevard when they were hidden in a “Provisional Night Club”, as described by DEA in a social media post.

The operation targeted drug trafficking and members of the TDA band, Dea said.

After the 50 undocumented immigrants were taken into custody by DEA, they were handed over to IS, according to Steffan Tubbs of the Dea-Rocky Mountain Division.

A spokesman for ICE, who was contacted on Sunday morning, did not want to comment on the details of its role in the city stage or wonder how many of the arrested ones would be held locally on criminal charges or immediately deported. A spokesperson at the US Law Office for District of Colorado also refused to comment on Sunday morning about potential federal charges against the arrested.

TDA gangs -activity partially blamed for uncertain conditions at several apartment buildings in Aurora. Aurora officials took over the management of the buildings from CBZ Management. A judge appointed a new manager to oversee the sixth building as tenants are looking for new housing. They have been given a deadline of February 18 to be out of the edge of Lowry Apartments.

The town of Denver Advertised Friday Its own closure of a CBZ administered apartment building, also to reported uncertain living conditions.
