Nate Burleson shouts at fans who want to see chiefs lose

Kansas City Chiefs are on the way to the Super Bowl Lix and people are not satisfied. Non-Chiefs fans have been tired of Chiefs’ dominance for years now, but their latest victory over the ‘lovable’ Buffalo Bills made them even more hated.

The former NFL Wide Receiver Nate Burleson was not here for Chief’s slander and shouted the hate at CBS Post-Game Show.

“Resist the urge to fall for the tale that we are tired of seeing (Chief’s winds that we may be tired of watching kc go to the Super Bowl,” said Burleson. “You are witnessing greatness and just be happy that you are alive to be there to see it. ”

Look now, it’s easy for Chiefs fans to enjoy the team’s success. We should all be happy to see this team run and shop every year because we know too well what it is like to see our team in the Super Bowls. Some fans had 50 years of training. That’s what makes this run, so much more fun is to know that it won’t always be that way.

That said, it’s easy to understand why people are tired of it. Chiefs fans were tired of watching Patriots dominate for 20 years, and now Chiefs are essentially patriots. They are the villains of the league and it is fun for us, but annoying to everyone else.

Burleson’s comments did not go as well as you can expect. People do not like to be told how to feel, especially when it comes to Patrick Mahomes, who continues to win big matches in the playoffs.

While people will be bothered by what Burleson said, he’s right (and yes, I know this is a Chiefs blog, so you all agree with me anyway, but carry with me). Chiefs have a chance to do something that no NFL team has done before, and it’s crazy fat!

If they win in New Orleans to secure the fourth Super Bowl in Mahome’s career, they will officially have won three Super Bowls in a row. Even Tom Brady didn’t. So yes, this is the story we are witnessing. People don’t have to like it, but Chief’s fans are honestly indifferent to whether they do it or not. They are living the dream right now.
