Taylor Swift, Brittany Mahomes hug after Chiefs’ AFC Championship win

The Kansas City Chiefs’ wildest dreams came true Sunday night — and Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes couldn’t contain their excitement.

The celebrity friends embraced on the field at Arrowhead Stadium in Missouri after their respective partners, Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes, beat the Buffalo Bills to advance to the 2025 Super Bowl.

Brittany, 29, rocked a fur coat as he cozyed up to Swift, 35, after the Chiefs won 32-29.

The pop star, for her part, paired a Louis Vuitton jacket and black beanie with a pleated skirt and red tights.

Swift and Brittany were all smiles cheering on the athletes in the wake of their AFC Championship win.

The duo became friends in 2023 when the Grammy-winning singer began dating Kelce, also 35, and regularly attended the tight end’s NFL games.

The pair have also made headlines for hanging out off the court, from spending a star-studded weekend at Swift’s Rhode Island mansion in August 2024 to watching the US Open in New York City the following month.

The artist has subtly shown support for Brittany on several occasions, “liking” her social media post announcing her pregnancy in 2024 and the birth of daughter Golden earlier this month.

Page Six exclusively reported last week that Swift gave the infant a sentimental gift since her “aunt knitted her a baby blanket when she was a child.”

A source told Us she gave the newborn a “handmade baby blanket,” explaining: “It always had a special meaning to her and something she wanted to do for her friends.

“It’s become a tradition for Taylor, something she loves to do and something that can’t be bought. It comes from the heart, the insider added. “Taylor is so excited to meet Brittany and Patrick’s little girl and she couldn’t be more excited for her friends.”

The quarterback, 29, has competed in four Super Bowls since joining the Chiefs in 2017, with Kelce in all of those matchups.

The team secured wins in 2020, 2023 and 2024 — and will make history if they win next month’s NFL Championship Game to become the first to earn a three-peat.

The Chiefs will compete against the Philadelphia Eagles on Feb. 9 in New Orleans.
