Confusion AI suggests Tiktok -Fusion; Share US government ownership

A new Tiktok proposal is on the table. Confusion AI has proposed a merger that would give the US government a 50% ownership interest, according to a source familiar with the case.

David Schweideel, a marketing professor at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School tells us that some consider confusion AI as a challenger to Google.

“The way people had used confusion is an alternative to Google search,” Schweideel said.

On January 18, one day before the Tikkok ban came into force, confusion submitted a proposal to merge with Tiktok, but bytedance has not yet responded. Schwideel says this latest proposal is a revised offer.

“Confusion as a kind of AI developer has given an attempt to have a joint ownership of Tikkok’s US assets,” Schweideel said.

The second proposal would create a new structure that merges confusion with Tiktok’s American business. But the US government would own up to half of this structure when it first submits an initial public offer of at least $ 300 billion.

So it would be a 50/50 split. Confusion would own half of the business the US government would own half of the business, “Schweideel said.

Rob Lalka, a business professor at Tulane University, says, of the many interesting things about this proposal, one that stands out, is that it would not include Tikkok’s algorithm.

“They said they don’t need the algorithm, and that’s why they’re looking for the user base that Tiktok has had, not the algorithm,” Lalka said.

Plus, Lalka believes the 50% share is worth keeping an eye on.

You will never have a 50/50 split between you and a Chinese device, for example, for who has the last word? Who gets the crucial vote? “Said Lalka.

Associated Press reports that city dancing under the proposed merger does not have to cut tapes with Tiktok but it would have to give full board to the US
