Verizon Ustop that affects the Greater Hartford area is resolved – NBC Connecticut

Verizon customers in the Greater Hartford area may have noticed some problems with their cell service on Tuesday morning.

According to the Verizon website, some customers experienced calls with calls, sent texts or used their data.

Conservation allegedly affected Newington, Berlin, West Hartford, Hartford and Manchester.

“We are aware of a problem that may have an impact on some Verizon Wireless customers in the Hartford County area. Engineers are actively working to solve this problem. As soon as there is time for restoration, I will share it with you immediately,” A spokesman for Verizon said in a statement.

The spokesman later said the question was resolved on Tuesday afternoon.
