Dennis Schroder had his most productive game with his new team, scoring 23 points while filling for Stephen Curry, and Golden State Warriors held on for a 114-103 victory over Utah Jazz on Tuesday in San Francisco.

In a game where both teams were missing three key players, Golden State won for the second time in five competitions, while Utah fell his seventh straight.

With Curry resting in the front end of a back-to-back set and Daymond Green and Jonathan Kuminga out due to injuries, the warriors were led by as many as 15 points and were still up 97-86 early in the fourth quarter before an Utah Rally.

Finding energy the other night of his own back-to-back and without the wounded trio of Lauri Markkanen, Walker Kessler and Jordan Clarkson, Utah ran 13 of the game’s next 16 points to get within 100-99 on a brice Sensabaugh interior Hoop with 6:14 to go.

However, Moses Moody opposed a 3-Pointer, and Warriors relieved from there and beat Utah for the second time at two meetings this season and ninth time in a row at home dating back to March 2021.

Schroder, who had been referred to the bench in recent matches, hit eight of his 20 shots and five of his 13 3-point attempt to surpass his former high as a warrior, a 20-point excursion against Washington Wizard’s earlier this month.

Ex-Brooklyn Net also found time for five rebounds, four assists and three steals.

Brandin Podziemski supported him with 20 points, Andrew Wiggins added 19 points and Moody had 15.

Quinten Post added 10 points for Warriors, while Podziemski supplemented his score with seven rebounds and a Holdhøj six assists. Kevon Looney was the game’s top rebounder with 11 to go by six points. Golden State sank 17 3-Pointers to Utah’s eight.

Collin Sexton bombed in a game-high 30 points for jazz that lost their second on two nights after a 125-110 home win to Milwaukee Bucks Monday.

Isaiah Collier collected 12 points, six rebounds and a game-high eight assists for Utah, while Micah Potter collected a team high seven rebounds along with 13 points.

Drew Eubanks contributed 13 points, Keyonte George 12 and Kyle Filipowski 10 for Utah, who lost despite excess Golden State 51.3 percent to 39.1 percent from the floor.
