Aircraft collide by helicopter by approach to Ronald Reagan Airport
A plane collided with a helicopter while trying to land at Ronald Reagan Airport and forced all the starts and landings to be stopped.
When news broke up on an American airline and an army black Hawk helicopter colliding over Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport on Wednesday night, politicians and officials went to social media to cause concerns and prayers for the victims.
There were 64 people aboard the plane from Wichita, Kansas and allegedly three crew aboard the helicopter.
“May God bless their souls,” President Donald Trump said in a statement. “Thank you for the incredible work done by our first respondents. I monitor the situation and will give more details when they occur. “
