D-FW during flooding watch Wednesday, Thursday, when storms were to bring lots of rain

Grab your umbrellas and hoodies, North Texas because the next few days will be rainy as a storm system moving through Dallas-Fort Worth brings scattered showers and thunderstorms.

National Weather Service released a flood for parts of Nord -texas, including Collin, Dallas, Denton, Rockwall and Tarrant counties, which began at 1 p.m. 18 Wednesday. The clock should expire Thursday morning.

The advisory said that excessive runoff can result in water bodies and other low -lying, flood -fighting locations flooding.

There will be periods of dry weather, but stained showers are possible all day Wednesday, according to KXAS TV (NBC5) forecast.

The heaviest of storms and rain will probably be Wednesday night to Thursday morning, shows that the weather service forecast shows.

The weather service also predicted “overall boring” conditions Wednesday to include lots of cloud cover and uneven fog.

After the storms are rolled out, February will start a hot start.

High temperatures in Dallas-Fort Worth are expected to be “good above the normal” when they climb in the mid-70s before Sunday. Parts of central Texas can even have temperatures in the 80s.
