The Space Time Smackdown’s official card counting is therefore coming to 155, as alternative art is not included in the total collection number. Included in this number is 10 ex Pokémon: Yanmega, Infernape, Palkia, Pacharisu, Mismagius, Galad, Weavile, Darkrai, Dialalga and Lickilicky.

Each Pokémon type therefore has a new ex pokémon with the exception of the dragon and the dark type got two.

Space Time Smackdown’s biggest addition is perhaps in the introduction of Pokémon tool card. These are items that can be linked to the active Pokémon to give the extra benefits in the match and three have arrived in the new set.

These include Giant Cape, giving Pokémon an additional 20 hit points; The rocky helmet that makes 20 hp to the opponent’s Pokémon every time the active coach is damaged; And Lum Berry, who removes the conditions as poison from Pokémon.

Blows

As is the case with each new set release, the addition of Space Time Smackdown has brought new solo matches to the Pokémon TCG pocket. Eight new matches are available at the intermediate level, nine are available at the advanced level, and eight are available at the expert level, although no one is added to the simplest beginner level.

These focus on Pokémon, which was introduced in the set, such as Dialalga Ex and Palkia Ex, but also like Togkiss, Bastiodon, Glacion, Magmortar, Magnezone, Rampardos, Tortrerra and more.

As for the multiplayer, it is too early to tell exactly what will shake up the meta, but many of the Space Time Smackdown cards have great potential for. Infernape EX, for example, can do 140 damage for only two fire energy, and although it discards both of these on the impact, this is still an incredibly powerful and fast feature that can turn out all except the strongest ex Pokémon.

Palkia ex also poses a threat in view of its resemblance to Mewtwo ex. Similarly, it does 150 damage for four energy, but also damage 20 to each benched Pokémon at the expense of losing 3 total energy. Weavile ex, meanwhile, has a single energy attack that does 30 damage or 70 if the defending Pokémon has damage. However, the biggest boost may come to steel types, as Dialla ex and a wealth of other maps join the melmetal and Bisharp, which are already available.

Missions and Rewards

Myriad new missions have joined the Pokémon TCG pocket along with Space Time Smackdown as well, although these are relatively similar in the structure like what players are used to. Collection of signature cards unlocks the rental tires as usual, for example, while collecting the entire set slowly but surely, unlock diala and palkia icons.

Museum missions have also returned, including two to collect each 1 -star card and two more for the collection of each full species 2 -star card. The last secret mission is called Master of the Sinnoh region and is awarded to collect the full art Cynthia card along with 1 -star card of her four key Pokémon: Gastrodon, Lucario, Spiritomb and Garchomp.

Missions, as usual, award package -timate glass, Wonder -Time glass, emblem tickets for the store and more, but especially none of the controversial trademarks. Developer Creatures Inc. gave the players a free 500 of these to celebrate Trading’s addition to the game.

Rewards can also be used to unlock some new items in the store, including Dialalga and Palkia album cover and the lovely hearts background. A new Poké Gold -bundle has also replaced the previous Gardevoir, this time focusing on Cynthia.

Trade

Creatures Inc. Still has not commented on the controversial trade update since its release yesterday, with its social media accounts and the game itself, which really focuses on Space Time Smackdown. The aforementioned “Trade Feature Celebration Gift” arrived with 500 trade tokens and 120 trading glasses (if the former is enough to trade a single ex Pokémon), but the developer has otherwise been quiet on a fan complaint.

Trade tokens are at the center of the controversy as these are required for trading in any card at 3 diamonds or higher. 120 Trade token are required to trade a 3 diamond card, 400 is required to trade a 1 -star card and 500 is required to trade a 4 diamond card, which means an ex pokémon.

They can only be achieved by essentially selling cards. Players can delete from their collection a 3 diamond card for 25 trade tokens, a 1 -star card for 100, a 4 diamond card for 125, a 2 -star card to 300, a 3 -star immersed card for 300 and a Crown Gold card for 1500. Maps with lower rarities are worthless, although they also do not require any trade token for trade.

This means, for example, players have to sell five ex Pokémon before they can trade an ex Pokémon or five 1 -star card (the rarest available for trading) before they can trade a 1 -star card. What’s more about selling a Crown Rarity card, which is the rarest in the game and may not be achieved, even after months of playing, only net players will probably symbols to trade three ex Pokémon.

Fans have called it “funny toxic” and a “monumental failure”, complaining that a “safe way for society to connect more” was sacrificed for something “so cumbersome.”
