Woman given 6th January — woolening, is convicted of death by drunken driving

A woman who was pardoned less than two weeks ago by President Trump has been sentenced to 10 years in prison after pleading guilty of killing a person while drunk driving.

Emily Hernandez, 25, drove twice the legal alcohol boundary on the wrong side of a Missouri motorway in 2022 when she hit and killed another driver and injured driver’s man who was also in the car.

After her federal pardon for her role in Capitol riots, where she stole a sign from Nancy Pelosi’s office, she was brought back to court in Franklin County, Missouri for her pending drunk driving charges and sent back to prison.

Why it matters

Hernandez is now the fourth pardon rebellion, either desired or arrested by police after the president’s pardon less than two weeks ago.

The president has been criticized by people on both sides of the time for issuing a blanket pardon to more than 1,500 people storming the capital, including people who committed violence against police.

What to know

Hernandez was sentenced to 45 days in prison and a fine of $ 500 after her role in the January 6 riots, which included stealing part of Nancy Pelosis’s office sign that had been laid out of her door.

According to her judicial archives, she showed “proud” the sign “as a trophy.”

She pleaded guilty to her charges on January 6 on January 10, 2022, just five days after causing a deadly car accident that killed 32-year-old Victoria Wilson and injured her husband Ryan E. Wilson.

On top of her 10 -year sentence for killing Victoria Wilson, she received another 7 -year judgment for injuring Ryan Wilson, which she will earn at the same time.

According to a truck driver who witnessed the crash, Hernandez drove approx. 60 miles per hour down on the wrong course in the intermediate state and the crash looked like an explosion.

Three other released capitals have either been arrested, killed by or are on the run from police for the past two weeks.

Matthew Huttle, who assaulted law enforcement on January 6, was killed by a police officer during a traffic stop. According to police, he had a firearm in his car.

Andrew Taake, who attacked police with Bear Spray and a whip on January 6, is on the run from the police and is in demand for a child’s ex -prosecutor who was filed against him in Texas in 2016.

Daniel Ball, who allegedly threw an explosive against police during the rebellion, was arrested on federal gun taxes from 2023.

Hernandez spends 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to her drunken driving fees.

With regard to other January 6, rebels, Senator Lindsay Graham raised concerns that more violence will arise from the liberated attempts at emergence.
