Bay Area Storm -time line: Extended rain returns to expected after historically dry January

San Francisco (KGO) – Rain is back in the Bay area Friday after three and a half weeks of dry weather, which has been one of the driest January on the record. Foresee the stormy weather that clings around the weekend and into large parts of next week.
