Emily Hernandez pardoned to January 6th, convicted in deadly car accident

A Missouri woman who was indicted for participating in January 6 Capitol Riot and was recently pardoned by President Donald Trump was sentenced to 10 years in prison for causing a deadly drunk driving accident in 2022.

Emily Hernandez of Sullivan, Missouri, was arrested in January 2022 following the crash of Interstate 44 in Franklin County, according to previous US Today reporting. Victoria Wilson, 32 at the time, from St. Clair, Missouri, was killed in the crash, and her husband, Ryan Wilson, 36 at the time, were seriously injured, said Missouri State Highway Patrol at the time.

Hernandez pleaded guilty to November 2024 in connection with the crash and was indicted for DWI, causing another death and DWI causing serious physical injury to another, According to reporting from KSDKAn NBC associated company in St. Louis.

According to earlier reporting from USA Today, after participating in the rebellion of the US Capitol in 2021, Hernandez was indicted for deliberately entering or back in any limited building or land; disorderly behavior that hinder the government’s business; steal, sell, communicate or dispose of American property; disruptive behavior in the Capitol buildings; and parade, demonstration or picketing in the Capitol buildings.

Prosecutors later accused her of a wrongdoing of coming in and back into a limited building or reason.
