The fires that decimated parts of Los Angeles were historic in their destruction and costs.

Fireaid Benefit Concert on January 30 will fall into history not only because it contains some of the biggest names in music that take the same step, but for the message of hope and unity spreading these artists. And hopefully their performances will raise a monumental sum to help restore and rebuild.

So many musicians wanted to bring their limelight to the reason that what was originally set as a single event turned into double concerts, both of which will be streamed for free on larger streaming services, social media such as YouTube and Tiktok and Broadcast Stations.

Artists at the newly opened Intuit Dome include Billie Eilish, Jelly Roll, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Lil Baby, Olivia Rodrigo, Peso Pluma, Rod Stewart, Stevie Wonder, Sting, Tate McRae and Earth, Wind & Fire.

At La Landmark Kia Forum, Alanis Morissette, Graham Nash, Green Day, John Fogerty, Joni Mitchell, no doubt, pink, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Stephen Stills, Stevie Nicks, Black Crowes and John Mayer will perform.

Contributions provided to FireAid on FireAdla.org will be distributed under advice from the Annenberg Foundation, and all revenue goes directly to the event’s designated recipients.

Follow along while we take you inside the Fundraiser concerts from inside Intuit Dome.

Green day

Green Day started the Kia Forum FireAid Show with a muted version of “Last Night On Earth.” As singer Billie Joe Armstrong, who played acoustic guitar, started the choir by “sending all my love to you”, Billie Eilish went, wearing a striped polo and tie, out as a surprise (she’s planned for the Intuit Dome show that starts later). The two bills shared the choir in front of a background of the overalling photos of brand rescue efforts.

Green Day’s set also included “Still Boating” and the band’s pop-punk favorite, “When I Come Around” with a blonde Armstrong shouting many of the California cities destroyed by fires, including Altadena and Pacific Palisades. “We’re in this together,” he cried.

Alanis Morissette

Sporting of a “I (heart) la” black t-shirt as she roamed the stage of “hand in her pocket”, the morisette led the audience in a Singalong of her hit from 1995 and waved her hands over her head in a peace sign to emphasize The texts and playing harmonica through.

“The connections born from this tragedy are deeply cordial,” she said, adding a thank you to the first responders during the opening keyboard notes to “Thanks U.”

In accordance with the song’s title, the video screen behind the scene showed social media posts for people who thank firefighters for their efforts.
