Man who claimed he dated Sherri Papini now a role crew in ‘Survivor 48’

A man who says he dated Sherri Papini, who describes her in a 2022 interview as a “forced lake” is now on the role crew of Survivor 48.

Shauhin Davari, 38, was announced as one of the participants on the show that was set to premiere next month, Entertainment Weekly reported.

Davari, a debate professor from East Bay, California, told Inside Edition In 2022, he previously dated Papini. In 2016, Papini became a household name after she disappeared for 22 days during a jogging in Redding, California she was found on the street with bruises on her face and had been “branded”, her husband Keith Papini said at the time.

Papini claimed she had been kidnapped by two Latin American women.

However, a year-long investigation found that she had forged her own kidnapping and hid in an ex-boyfriend house; That man later told police that she had asked him to beat her. When he refused, she pampered herself.

While this revelation shocked many, including her own husband, Davari was not surprised, he told Inside Edition After her arrest in 2022.

“I was like, there’s no way. She is doing well. I promise you she is doing well. There’s just no chance she was kidnapped, ”he said.

He claimed that Papini was a “forced onion” – and he had his suspicions when he first heard about her kidnapping, which later turned out to be a hoax.

“She wouldn’t talk to you for three or four days, and then suddenly there would be a great story about what happened,” Davari claimed.

At the time, Davari said he was talking to remove rumors that he was the ex-boyfriend and Papini had collided with him.

Now on the set of Survivor 48Davari shares that all his life has been “strange prep” for the show.

“Running a speech and debate team requires working with all different people. Motivates them against a common goal while working socially to enable your team to succeed, ”he said, pr. EW.

He also said that one of his pet -pevees is interrupted: “I love the sound of my voice.”

He listed his inspiration as his students, his mother and brother.

Survivor 48 is set to premiere on February 26 at CBS.
