Zach Edeys Status of Grizzlies vs Rockets -Games

If there is a team that seems to have Memphis Grizzlie’s number this season, it’s Houston Rockets.

Houston currently has a 3-0 regular seasonal lead over grizzlies with a chance to sweep it tonight. Fortunately for Memphis, the team will be as healthy as they have been all season, despite having a few key players listed on their injury report.

One of these key players is the starting center Zach Edey.

Memphis Grizzlies noted Zach Edey as available against Houston Rockets, but he will have to wear a face mask as he deals with a nasal break.

Edey has treated a decent amount of damage during his rookie year with Grizzlies, which is currently missing 14 out of the team’s 47 games. Through the 33 games that Edey has played, he is an average of 9.6 points, 7.5 rebounds and 1.2 blocks of 58/39/66. On Saturday night against jazz, Edey had one of his best matches of the season and set 19 points, 7 rebounds and 4 blocks on 63/67/88 shoot off the field.

Grizzlies Big Man has been both a fantastic floor distance, but also a defender and enforce for the team. While his numbers may not be jumping out of the page yet, you can expect to be a huge player within the next few seasons as he plays with YES MORANT.

Memphis Grizzlies face Houston Rockets at. 21.30 EST Thursday.
