Clouds ready Friday, sunny weekend

After a round of wet weather overnight Acadiana will clean out and dry up as it enters the weekend.

Once Friday morning clouds clear that we will be back with lots of sun and cooler conditions.

Heights are in the low 70s and top 60s over the next few days with much lower humidity.

Wind will be strong and gusty out of the west on Friday, running in some of the dry air we can enjoy this weekend.

Lots of sunshine for Saturday and Sunday with a few clouds returning to next week.

While the weather for the most part should be quiet next week, it seems to be warm and mugged.
