Champions League Play-Offs: Man City Against Real Madrid, Celtic Against Bayern

Liverpool, Arsenal and Aston Villa went directly to the last 16 after completing in the top eight in the league.

Draw to finish the last 16 ties made on February 21 when the eight winners of the play-off band will be known.

Some items in the last 16 draw have already been decided because teams in the top eight in the league were divided into four seeded pairs based on their position in the table.

Teams in the grafted couple face the winners of one of the two play-off bands they have already been seized with.

Liverpool ended the top of the league and is paired with Barcelona in second place. These teams either play the winners of Brest against Paris St-Germain Tie or the team progressing from Monaco’s meeting with Benfica.

Arsenal was third and is paired with the Italian club Inter Milan, who was fourth. Gunners or Inter play either the winners of Juventus against PSV Eindhoven or Feyenoord against AC Milan.

Villa was eighth and is paired with seventh placed little ones, and these teams face the winners of Club Brugge V Atalanta or Sporting V Borussia Dortmund.
