The White House has orientation after DCA -CrashThe Trump -Administrator

Press secretary in the White House Karoline Leavitt holds a press briefing Friday afternoon, only days after a deadly plane accident that killed more than 60 people outside Washington, DC, delivered an early test for the Trump administration.

The briefing comes a day after President Trump suggested Wednesday evening collision between an American passenger flight and an Army Black Hawk helicopter could be related to employment practices at the Federal Aviation Administration. His criticism of diversity, justice and inclusion (DEI) programs – including performing actions to dissolve the federal level DEI efforts – have been investigated.

Earlier Friday, Trump was scheduled to hold a school choice selected in the White House and is expected to issue more executive orders later in the day.

The news in the White House also follows the president’s threat to start charging tariffs on Canada and Mexico, starting on Saturday.

The event is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. 13.00 est.
