Entergy Texas offices in Woodlands filled with volunteers for meal packing event

The Woodlands, TX – dozens of Volunteers in Entergy Texas took over a large conference room inside their Woodland Service Center, blasted the stereo system in full and spent hours packing meals for the countless families who – incredibly today and age – are not able To say where their next meals come from.

10,000 meals packed to bring relief to food safe

With a project designed to further honor life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Collaborated Entergy Texas with Pack Shack to pack 10,000 healthy meals for families facing food security. Meals are distributed by Montgomery County Food Bank as part of Entergy Texas’ ongoing efforts to give back to society and support local families in need.

Kristine Marlow, president of Montgomery County Food Bank, the overall workers told what their efforts would do to relieve hunger in the area.
