UFC: Michael ‘Venom’ page Want to meet Leon Edwards in London

Last time Michael ‘Venom’ side contested an MMA fight at middleweight, it was in Mumbai almost 12 years ago.

Page, then 26, performed in just his fifth match and competed in India for the second time in five months.

The Englishman did short work of his opponent and secured a first round of submission.

Page, who has fought for most of his career as a well -to -be, has fond memories of the trip and remembers how naive he was for the professional world of MMA.

“I was still new to the sport. I didn’t know what was good and bad. You can tell what’s organized or not, but you didn’t know if it was normal or not,” Page said.

“As we warm up to the fight, I and my opponent basically warm up the same room, which is weird.”

Cilo until February 1, 2025 and Page will face unbeaten UFC intermediate weight sensation Sharabutdin Magomedov in Saudi Arabia.

They are not expected to warm up in the same room until they go to Octagon.

“Shara has it (Aura) around him, but I can see in his ability something I can exploit,” Page said.

“If I put the ‘MVP’ effect in front of him, it can ruin all this. There’s just something I saw there that made sense to me.”

At 15-0, seven years, his junior and in search of a titled shot of 185 lb, Magomedov is a frightening view of any middle weight, so much less a fighter that gained weight.
