Hollywood actor Josh Gad fears he’s taking the lightweight way out when it comes to his Weight loss.

The “frozen” star, who expressed Snowman Olaf in the Hit Disney movie, admitted he lost 40 pounds on “Miracle Drug”, GLP-1.

“I’m on a GLP-1 … This is the first time I’ve opened for this,” shared Gad on Dax Shepards “Armchair Expert” podcast.

Josh Gad opened for the first time to be on a weight loss medicine.

“It has suppressed in a great way that noise. … when I wake up, I feel hungry pain – and so much of it is psychological, right? And what it does is to remove that signal.”

GLP-1 medicine, which includes Ozempic, mainly helps deal with blood sugar (glucose) levels in people with type 2 diabetes. Some GLP-1-agonists can also help treat obesity, according to Cleveland Clinic.

He said his GLP-1 medicine worked “incredibly” for him until he had to change.

“I find out this new one, and it’s life -changing, but it also doesn’t lapse the fact that it can’t be on site to have a healthy relationship with food,” he added. “It can’t be on site to have a healthy relationship with training. … I have my own journey with it. Sometimes I want to cheat myself by doing this.”

Gad continued to say that he feared his identity would change after he throw 40 pounds.

He said his main focus is to be present for his children.

“I’m not so worried about (my career) because my primary goal is, I want to be there for my kids,” Gad. “Everything else is bull—-.”

Gad shares two young children with his wife, Ida Darvish. Their daughters are called Isabella Eve and Ava Tanya.
