Pete Davidson is still (mostly) attire like Pete Davidson

“I’m trying to be an adult,” Pete Davidson told Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show This week. He discussed an exhausting process he conducted in the last few years: lasing his extensive tattoo collection.

In his days of accumulation of ink, Davidson reckons he collected “probably, like 200” tattoos. (“Yes, I was a sad boy,” he explained.) His mish-mosed tats made into a distinctive look, one that matched his self-addressing juvenile personal style. “I dress how I dressed when I was 10,” the comedian told GQ Back in 2018. ”I’m like, ‘what would be cool? Purple pants. ” ‘

Now he expects him to keep “maybe like two or three” of his tattoos, but he is mostly “trying to clean it.”

Before his Tonight Show appearanceDavidson – There’s left on the press circuit after A quiet year To promote his new animated film Dog man—Had a soft look at matching. Well, relatively speaking. With Assist from his long-time stylist Britt Theodora, he jazzed the otherwise relaxed clothing-blue Levis jeans and simple vans laces a slightly boiling west-style edges leather jacket from the label, a camo print “rescued the trees” cap, and a pair of neon green socks from his own brand, Doublesoul. (Another thing Pete Davidson has been in the last several years? Opet his own marketing cache.)

The next day, Davidson was discovered in Manhattan wearing another muted hill hybrid of an ensemble: a gray Dave’s New York hoodie, dark jeans and rubbed gray UGG home shoes (still his favorite shoes, it seems). He threw on a Dog man Trucker Cap and tossed a yellow-collar tanned cotton jacket of Fendi over his shoulder.

“If you google any picture of me from the age of 20 to 27, it’s purple shirts, Fedoras, all these chains and fucking mute rolexes. It doesn’t look cool at all, ”Davidson told W. magazine In December. “But I’m very lucky that I’m 31 now. Looking back. I’m lucky that I finally woke up. “
