Man City set on transfer ban? Keith Wynness’ judgment after source update

“The city has received more than enough ceiling height with regard to PSR, which is the main question. They don’t have a problem with it.

“Pep Guardiola will be aware of these players, he wants to discuss the strategy – but he expresses himself in different ways.

“I didn’t want to read too much about it.

“He knows what he wants to do with these players. He has opportunities now with these players, but has not quite decided what opportunity he will land on.

“I don’t see any danger of a transfer ban – that’s how I read it.”
