Do you have one of these chocolate or nuts products affected by an FDA addition?

Cal Yee Farm LLC launched a recall in December for certain snacks sold under Cal Yee’s, Cal Yee Farm, Boa Vista Orchard’s brand names in December. The US Food and Medicines Administration has been upgraded to the highest risk factor products that may not have – noticed food ingredients including milk, soy, wheat, sesame, FD & C #6 and almonds.

ONE Class in Remember means “There is a reasonable likelihood that the use or exposure to a violation product will cause serious negative health consequences or death”, according to the FDA.

The National Food Safety Organization also remembered several chocolate treatments – such as nutrition bars, candy bars and cookies – and protein powder over the past few weeks during non -declared milk or emergency components that could harm someone with a food allergy.

Check your pantry to see if you have purchased any of these products in stores or online. Here’s what we know.

What nut and chocolate snack products are affected?

Chocolate and yogurt-covered treats made by Cal Yee Farm LLC from Suisun Valley, California, have been revoked over potential non-declared allergens.

According to FDA, products include: “Dark Chocolate Walnuts, Dark Chocolate Raisins, Dark Chocolate Almonds, Yogurt Coated Almonds and Dark Chocolate Apricots (sold under Cal Yee’s or Cal Yee Farm Brands), Tropical Trail Mix, Butter Toffee.” These objects may have had not -declared milk ingredients.

Other items in the recall are “almonds (sold under Cal Yee’s and Boa Vista Orchards marks), Mango with chili, hot cajun sesame sticks, new orleans hot blend, fruit basket 2909 and fruit basket 2921 because they can contain unclear milk, soy, wheat, wheat, wheat Sesame, FD & C #6 and almonds.

These were sold in stores in California, Arizona, Virginia, New Mexico, Texas, Tennessee, Oregon, Ohio and Pennsylvania, but people could also have bought them online at Calyeefarm.com or Boa Vista Orchards Store.

Do you have these recalled chocolate nutritional bars?

The FDA has also remembered nutrition bars sold in stores and online via Amazon, Costco Wegmans and Giant Eagle. NUGO DARK CHOCOLATE CHIP AND DARK CHOCOLATE PRETZEL had may have unprocessed dairy ingredients, which could be life-threatening to some people.

They were sold in 12 or 18-pack boxes. Best after dates is through December 2025. Check FDA -ADDITIONAL CALLS For more information if you think you have a box that is part of the recall.

D. Coluccio & Sons remembered 300 grams of packages of Colussi Cantuccini Chocolate Drops. Chocolate chip cookies could have not -declared almonds, which can cause a serious or deadly reaction to people who are allergic to wood nuts.

The therapists were sold nationwide in stores and online. The affected batch has a blue bag with UPC 8002590006020 and has LOT # ‘S 3540152 BBD 15-01-2025 and LOT # L354150 BBD 29-05-2025, according to FDA -Websted for Recall.

These candy bars can have wood nuts

Gardner’s Candies remember Cappuccino Meltaway® bars that may contain non -declared cashews. They were sold in stores and online at gardnerscandies.com.

The batch that was revoked was for sale, starting in September and has an expiry date on 08/27/25. They were sold individually and in the Meltaway treatment box, As per FDA.

Protein powder is in voluntary recall over possible peanuts residue

Orgain has remembered a batch of 30g protein organic plant -based powder – chocolate 2.01 lb, which may not have -declared peanuts residue. The company launched the voluntary recall following an allergic report from a customer, As per FDA.

The product was sold in stores and online across the country. It is in a two-pound tub with a bulge label. The expiry date is June 20, 2026 and the product’s lot code is 4172-02-P.

What is a food allergy?

Food allergy affects approx. 6% of the population according to CDC. Children are more likely to be affectedAnd reactions can be as mild as a tingling sensation in the mouth. More extreme cases can lead to hive and trouble breathing. Anaphylactic shock can be fatal.
