Super Bowl Lix Odds, betting trends for Chiefs Eagles

The Super Bowl Lix will be a new match with lots of star power. And a chance of history.

Patrick Mahomes and Kansas City Chiefs are on their way to the big game again and will aim to become the first team to capture three just the Super Bowl titles.

Chiefs were able to avert Josh Allen and Buffalo Bills for a 32-29 win in a back and forth AFC championship game. Allen is 4-1 against Mahomes in the regular season, but 0-4 in the playoffs.

Standing in the way of the story will be Saquon Barkley and Philadelphia Eagles, who took care of business with a dominant 55-23 win over the Washington commanders in the NFC title game.

The Eagles will make their fifth Super Bowl look together and in second place in three years. They lost 38-35 to Chiefs in the 2023 game. Their lonely victory came in 2018 against the Tom Brady-led New England Patriots (41-33).

Chiefs have reached the Super Bowl for five of the past six seasons and taken the Lombardi trophy home three times during this stretch. Chiefs defeated San Francisco 49ers 25-22 in last year’s match.

Super Bowl Lix will be played on February 9 at Caesar’s Superdome in New Orleans (18:30 one at FOX).
