Elon Musk’s illegal takeover of the US government has to stop now

To the editor: First, President Trump freed the illegal distribution of funding awarded by Congress. He has no authority to do this. This alone is a huge violation of the Constitution.

Next, Elon Musk’s non -selected “DOGE” Minions entered into the office of personnel administration and gained access to private information about millions of federal staff. They locked senior OPS leaders out of their own agency’s computers.

Then Musk and his Doge people took control of the US Treasury system. They now have the power to stop funding, have access to information about Musk’s competitors, and – worst of all – they have access to our personal social security and medicare data.

None of us, not even the most eager Trump voter, chose Musk. How does this happen? How is this legal? How’s someone ok with this?

Everyone should talk about this cold, calculated, illegal and obvious constitutional trapping. Everyone must be furious at Musk’s intrusion into our government, our data and our lives. This is not normal. This is not constitutionally. We have to get up, talk and demand that this stop now.

To the editor: The power of the press has been diluted for so long that reporter Kevin Rector’s piece about Trump “Bucking” law shines bright.

I see Trump commit irrational and evil actions, and just when I think it couldn’t be more scandalous, it does. Why can’t he be stopped? Why are these bright, well -meaning people like the previous rep. Liz Cheney (R-WYO.), Senator Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) And many others who are unable to get a result?

I cannot ignore the parallels between the fascist strong people in the recent history and the era of tea company policy that ultimately fertilizes Trump and Maga.

In his Cooling Memoir of Nazi Germany before the war, “Berlin Diary”, CBS correspondent William Shirer could not hide his uncontrolled rage and indignation of what he witnessed. While listening to almost any word about Trump’s forgery case and House January 6 -Committee’s hearings, I felt the same. After seeing many, many journalists, pundits, and politicians, their indignation, I realized that a person has not been able to do anything effective in this threat to rational democracy.

I am reminded of the Crusty Boston Attorney who finally got up to Senator Joe McCarthy in 1954 and said in passion, “Do you have no sense of decency?”

I own an advertising and marketing agency and I think newspapers are falling due to a failure to deliver what people want. It is not only the digital ecosystem that catches attention. People want the truth, but it needs to be communicated in a way they can use, not just read.

Kudos to the principal of his article. It stands for reason and I value it first.

To the editor: Everywhere in this great country, prisoners wake up to the news that they have been jailed for “bucking law.” But unfortunately, for them, the sanctions are far more serious than they are for the head of the legislation.

To the editor: Did you voted on Musk? I didn’t. How did he become the most influential person in the US government?

What happened to constitutional checks and balance? In just two weeks we have voted for citizens lost our country.

I’m scared. You also need to be.
