How do I send a statement to the mail?

Any individual or organization wishing to present their views of admission to the Consultation Register must submit in a Word document, a single-distance statement that does not exceed 10 pages in length. No other file type is accepted for admission. The title and date of the consultation, and the full name and address of the individual or organization must appear on the first page of the statement. Statements must be received no later than two weeks after the end of the hearing.
