Marcus Jordan, son of NBA Hall of Famer Michael Jordan, was arrested on charges of DUI property damage or personal injury, cocaine possession and resistance to the arrest in Florida on Tuesday morning, according to the Police Register.

Maitland Police Department arrested Marcus Jordan, booked in Orange County Prison. The exact details of his arrest are unclear, nor is it known if he has been released.

Marcus, 34, is Michael Jordan’s second best son. He played briefly basketball at the University of Central Florida and is the CEO and founder of Trophy Room, a retail store that sells footwear and clothing.

In 2012, Marcus asked no competition for disorderly behavior and resist arrest in Omaha, Nebraska. He was also accused of hindering a police officer who was abandoned as part of a plea of ​​an agreement.
