Student in the hospital after stabbing at school in Oakland County

Oakland County, Mich. – A student was sent to the hospital on Tuesday morning after being stabbed by another student in Oakland County.

According to the authorities, two students came to battle in a bathroom at Avondale High School in Auburn Hills on February 4, 2025, when a student stabbed another student, a 15-year-old boy.

The alleged stabber, a 16-year-old boy, left the school, and the 15-year-old was sent to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police said they located the alleged stabber and arrested him. No other student was injured in the stabbing.

The school underwent a lockdown, but police in Auburn Hills said the school is now safe and that Lockdown was lifted.
