Kanye West’s wife Bianca Censori is reportedly not going to face litigation for his naked look that shocked Grammys.

The controversial rapper, 47, and the Australian model, 30, arrived on the red carpet together at Crypto.com Arena dressed in total black.

However, censory later fell his black feather coat in front of photographers to reveal a clean mini dress.

According to TMZLAPD sources confirmed that there will be no legal fall from the stunt as the Grammy Awards are a private event and no one from the show contacted police to file a complaint.

In a statement to Page sixLA-based lawyer Andrea Oguntula further managed the legal attitude: “While Ms. Censoris Outfit undoubtedly pushed the envelope, requires an indictment of unseemly exposure in California intentional public exposure of one’s genitals with the specific intention of insulting or sexually arousing.

“It is theoretically possible, but unlikely that she will face any criminal prosecution for this incident.”

However, censori’s clothing may have been contrary to broadcast dressing codes. In 2013, Deadline reported that exposed “breasts, buttocks (and) genitals” are prohibited by Grammys, per. “Standard and practice wardrobe advice” introduced by the TV network CBS. The document says “Balder and female breasts” must be “sufficiently covered” in to be sent.

Meghan McCain was among those who responded to the incident on social media and described censori in a now-plated message of X as a “hostage.”

The 40-year-old blogger and daughter of the late Arizona senator John McCain wrote: “I just want and have wanted for years-for Kanye West to leave us all in hell alone.”

“He is a disgusting, disgusting piece of garbage, and his wife looks like a victim and a hostage,” McCain added before taking the tweet down.

West was nominated for best rap song on this year’s Grammys for his song from 2024 “Carnival.” He lost to Kendrick Lamar, who also won this year’s song and Record of the Year for his Drake Diss track “Not like us.”
