Michael Jordan’s son arrested, accused of possession of cocaine

Maitland, fla.-The 34-year-old son of NBA Great Michael Jordan was arrested early Tuesday in Central Florida on a wrongdoing with the drug settlement, after police officers found his car determined on railway tracks minutes before a commuting train was scheduled to pass, said the authorities.

Marcus Jordan was charged with possession of cocaine, a different degree of wrongdoing and resist an officer without violence, also a wrongdoing, according to the online court registers. He was arrested at 1 p.m. 1:14 one, booked at. 06:03 and was released at. 11:38 of $ 4,000 bond.

Officers with Maitland Police Department found Jordans Lamborghini Sport Utility Vehicle Immobile on railway tracks in the Orlando suburb – with a commuting train just 10 minutes away – because the vehicle’s deck was buried in dirt and rock from being spun repeatedly, according to an arrest report.

Officers learned that Jordan had just fled a traffic stop in a neighboring county. They asked him to get out of the vehicle after smelling alcohol and noticed his blurred speech and confusion. They found a bag in the pants of what tested positively for cocaine, says the arrest report.

Jordan, a former University of Central Florida Basketball player, refused to talk to journalists when he was released on Tuesday from Orange County Prison.
