Crime scene appears outside the Crosstown Concourse

Memphis, Tenn. (WMC) – Memphis Police Department has set up a criminal scene outside Crosstown Concourse.

Action News 5 is currently on stage outside the popular development of mixed use, where a number of spectators can be seen outside the complex.

An ambulance is also on stage.
