‘Will you die?’ The victim says suspects opened the door while the vehicle was moving

According to a SPD event obtained by “The Jason Rantz Show”, an officer arrived on stage for a toppled Toyota Highlander early Sunday, and a man called “Suspect 1” stood next to it. The department’s incident report does not specifically refer to Garcia-Morales as “Suspected 1”, but it is assumed that he is the suspect described in the report.

The suspect initially refused anyone else was in Toyota, and he also refused to drink alcohol before the incident.

When SPD officers told the suspects that 911 callers said they saw a woman running away from the SUV after Rollover, he refused to know anyone else in the vehicle.

The report says officers noted the man on stage was great and the driver’s seat was pushed so far forward that it would be unreasonable for him to fit into the driver’s seat. In addition, the driver’s seat belt was locked from the collision and the passenger’s seat belt was fully edited into the seat belt. Hence since O.FFICERS believed that the suspect did not run the SUV when the crash happened, he was released.

When Toyota was not registered with the suspect, two officers went home to the woman who was listed as the registered owner. She told SPD officers she was at a party in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood when the suspect began to fall asleep. When she suggested they travel, the report says he called her ab ****.

The two left the Capitol Hill party with the suspected driving originally. The report states that the victim recorded the suspect who was running “because she was afraid of him.” The two later changed seats before coming on Interstate 5 (I-5).

At the site of the crash, the suspect opened the passenger’s door and asked the victim “Will you die?” Then it grabbed the suspect and pulled the steering wheel and caused Toyota to overturn, the report says. The victim repeated for SPD officers that she was afraid of the suspect, which is why she ran from the stage with Rollover.

The victim continued to say that the suspect has been verbally violent in the past, and he also abused the family dog before. She added that there was a previous incident back around 2017 or 2018 between them. The victim’s daughter also confirmed to officers who the suspect had been verbally violent in the past. The SPD members took photos of the victim’s suggested left arm and swollen face while they were at home, the report says.
