Kyogo reveals why he ends Celtic

Kyogo Furuhashi Have revealed the new challenges he will confront in France with Rennes could help drive him back in the Japanese international team.

The 30-year-old striker surprisingly ends Celtic last week in a £ 10million switch to the fighting Ligue 1 side, the fourth bottom sits just five points above Montpellier in the drop zone.

“I can’t claim to be called up with certainty, but if he can demonstrate my ability in Rennes, it certainly adds my chances.

“I just want influence here and create chances for my teammates, and of course I am very happy that we won in my opening match.

“There are many players in France with very high technical abilities, and I know I want to challenge myself every day.”
