Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of having fooled and sexually assaulted a hopeful male singer in 2015, according to a new trial brought against the Embatted hip-hop mogul.

The trial, which concentrates on the claims of a named man identified as John Doe, was brought on Monday by Texas-based lawyer Tony Buzbee in New York County Supreme Court, according to legal documents obtained by USA Today. The man who sues Combs for Sexual Battery seeks a number of injuries – in an amount to be determined during the trial – to tackle the physical and emotional distress he has allegedly suffered.

Doe, who reportedly had a budding business relationship with Bad Boy Records founder, claims that Combs’ assault took place at a post-party in Los Angeles when he was 23 years old. Combs had allegedly promised the young artist a record deal with Bad Boy and “Studio Time with Combs himself.”

“The behavior described here is shockingly typical of how defendant Sean Combs behaved for many years,” the trial reads. “Sean Combs thought he was over the law. He isn’t.”

In a statement to the United States today that responded to the trial, Combs’ lawyers said: “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the legal process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs will never sexually assaulted or traded anyone – man or female, adult or minor.

Combs was arrested in September 2024 on charges of racketing, sex trade and transport to participate in prostitution. The Grammy-winning rapper, who has denied all accusations against him, remains in custody at the special housing unit in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center.

His upcoming trial is scheduled to begin May 5.

Man claims that Diddy assaulted him on the after -party after promises of career progress

According to Monday’s lawsuit, Doe was an up-and-having rapper and singer who had received “several invitations to open to well-known artists in venues across California”, including a number of nightclub appearances in the LA area.

Combs reportedly participated in DOE’s performance at QC’s 20/20 – a nightclub and concert venue in Montebello, California – because his record label was interested in the show. Before the young man went to the stage, a “long -time and well -known associated by Comb had” allegedly informed Doe, which Combs “had heard of his talent and would see him perform.”

In addition, the named Combs Associate Doe told that if his performance was well received by Combs, he would have the opportunity to land a record deal with Bad Boy Records and Studio Time with hip-hop Hitmaker.

After his performance, Doe allegedly participated in a post -party after -party, where he encountered a wealth of drugs, alcoholic beverages and “well -known artists and underholders, many of whom participated in drugs.”

The man claims he was then sent an alcoholic drink by Combs himself, made with Combs’ Vodka -Brand Ciroc. After drinking the drink, however, Doe felt “quickly fired” and later lost consciousness.

“While drifting in and out of consciousness, Doe Combs and his entourage observed involved in a group of sexual activity, often with other participants who performed either narcotic, unconscious or as if they were paid escorts,” the trial reads.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs reportedly threatened John Doe after assault

In the midst of his supposedly drunk state, Doe allegedly woke up “from a physical shock” to find that his pants had been removed and that the rapper fumbled him. The archiving notes that doe believe Combs had performed oral sex on him during the alleged meeting.

Although DOE reportedly tried to withstand Combs’ sexual progress, the music mogul allegedly threatened DOE and told him he could easily “contact his manager and destroy the chances he had to succeed in the music industry.”

After Combs allegedly requested that Doe had sex with a woman he did not know, DOE celebrated observance and told Combs he had to use the toilet before participating in the sexual act.

Instead of going to the toilet, Doe reportedly sneaked out of QC’s 20/20 and left the room. The man refrained from reporting the alleged incident for fear of being “blackballed” in the music industry.

Several of Combs’ companies, including Bad Boy Records and Daddy’s House Recordings, are named in Doe’s lawsuit and accused of enabling the rapper’s alleged sexual mismatch by not having partly “having sufficient policies and procedures in place to prevent sexual battery. “

In addition to derailing his career field, the alleged assault left DOE with a variety of personal injuries, such as “pain and suffering, mental anguish, physical weakening and emotional torment.”

“This attack affected Doe’s passion for music greatly, which led to him giving up his hopes for many years,” the trial states. “The reality and darkness of the industry, which revealed through his encounter with Combs, ended his desire and dream of pursuing a career in this world.”
