VINTRY MIX Expected overnight in Maryland with more winter weather Saturday

An active weather pattern is formed over the area in the next week, with more storm systems bringing opportunities for winter weather. The first of these storms arrives tonight. A winter storm warning remains in force for Father Western Maryland, including Garrett, Allegany and Washington counties. A winter weather counseling is in force for most of the state except for the southern Maryland and Lower Eastern Shore. This advice remains in place from late tonight until early Thursday morning.
