BCPS -Dance students to perform on annual showcase at CCBC Essex





ROSEDALE, MD – DANCE student from Baltimore County Public Schools will have the opportunity To show their work in the annual showcase of 2025 BCPS Student Choreography.

The event will take place on February 6-7 at CCBC Essex Romadka Center, located at 7201 Rossville Boulevard in Rosedale (21237).

Showcase, which is free and open to the public, will include performances from students choreographers and dancers from different BCPS middle schools and colleges. Thursday, February 6th performance will include students from Nottingham Middle School, Loch Raven Technical Academy and Catonsville, Franklin, Lansdowne and New Town High Schools. Students from Middle River, Sudbrook Magnet, Milford Mill Academy, Overlea, Owings Mills, Patapsco and Perry Hall High Schools perform Friday, February 7th.

Showcase is the culminating activity in collaboration with ClancyWorks Dance Company, where students participated in movement workshops and received feedback about their choreographic works.

Performances take place from 1 p.m. 16.00 to 3.30pm both days. In addition to participating in person, society can also see the notions that are live streamed on BCPS-TV YouTube channel. This marks the 24th annual showcase.
