Sacramento Kings is taking another step ahead of February 6th trading deadline. Per Espn Handles Washington Wizards Jonas Valančiūnas to Kings in exchange for guard Sidy Cissoko. The kings also send two elections in the second round to Washington in the reported deal.

The kings take another step towards improving the glass by acquiring Valančiūnas. Veteran Center is an average of 11.5 points, 8.2 rebounds and 2.2 assists this season. Valančiūnas departs Washington after playing only 49 games for Wizards who acquired him ahead of the 2024-25 season in a New Orleans trade.

Before he was reportedly treated for Washington, Cissoko was traded to Sacramento from San Antonio as part of the three-team agreement that sent Star Guard de’aaron Fox to Spurs. The second guard played only 17 games in 2024-25 with San Antonio, an average of 1.3 points and 3.2 minutes.
