Raptors no longer acquire Kyle Anderson in Jimmy Butler Deal

In that madness of reporting, after NBA fans learned that Jimmy Butler was traded for Golden State, one of the news bits came out of several journalists that fighters forward Kyle Anderson was reportedly on his way to Toronto Raptors was As part of the multi-team act.

It turns out that part of the complicated transaction never came across the finish line.

Sportsnet’s Michael Grange was First to report Anderson would not come to Toronto.

ESPNS Sham’s Charania then reported that the Anderson part of the agreement fell through.

Anderson, 31, average 5.3 points for Warriors this season. He was acquired by Warriors last summer in a six-team trade.

Previously, Anderson played for Minnesota Timberwolves, Memphis Grizzlies and San Antonio Spurs.
